The State Attorney’s Office of the Republic of Serbia is state authority, which, in accordance with Law on Public Attorney’s Office, performs legal protection of property rights and interests of the Republic of Serbia, through the legal acquisition and counseling of the Republic of Serbia, or its bodies and organizations. State attorney and deputy state attorneys administer function of the State Attorney’s Office. Olivera Stanimirović performs the function of the state attorney of the Republic of Serbia. State Attorney’s Office of the Republic of Serbia has a headquarters in Belgrade and eleven departments.
