Complaints

Complaints against work of the State Attorney’s Office may be filed by any entity which has justified interest and which addressed the State Attorney’s Office to act in matters in competence of the State Attorney’s Office. Citizens file complaints for more efficient achievement and protection of their rights. Complaints must not have unreasonable or offensive content, as it will be deemed that the complaining party abuses its right to file a complaint.
